I obtained this plate recently with the help of a friend from an antique store near Chemnitz (Sachsen). It is a plate for dealers and transfers for motorcycles from 1948 used in the Soviet Occupation Zone in East Germany, Sachsen State.

SL =  Soviet Occupation Zone Saxony (Leipzig)
43 = County Glauchau

This plate is not mentioned in RPW.
