This rare plate comes from the Australian State of New South Wales. It's made of enamel and was issued between 1924 and 1937. If there is someone who can date this plate exactly, please let me know.

This particular plate was issued in 1924. The number 282 however was issued in 1910. In 1910 the plate would have been white enamel with a black number. These all were changed upon registration renewal in 1924 to be the black plate with the white number.
