Plate of the Month (August 1999)

 

This plate comes from the Greek island Crete. The code AM stand for the use on agricultural vehicles. These plates are in use since 1989. In the left hand corner you can see the seal of the Greek Republik which says "Democratic Greece". Above the number the name of the district is shown in full. Here it is Iraklion / Crete.
